H.A.S.I.K.

To spread God’s message of salvation to members’ circle of relationships

To take part in the IRMEC National’s Harvest Program for all churches

And when a great crowd was gathering and people from town after town came to him, he said in a parable, “A sower went out to sow his seed. And as he sowed, some fell along the path and was trampled underfoot, and the birds of the air devoured it. And some fell on the rock, and as it grew up, it withered away, because it had no moisture. And some fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up with it and choked it. And some fell into good soil and grew and yielded a hundredfold.” As he said these things, he called out, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear.” … As for that in the good soil, they are those who, hearing the word, hold it fast in an honest and good heart, and bear fruit with patience.

(Luke 8:4-8:15)

Declaring the Gospel is a job given to every Christian. Jesus gave the Great Commission to the Church for the purpose of gathering His people and finding the lost. IRMEC Marikina (and Redeemer Fellowship) is offering different ministry opportunities for its members but on top of those ministries is our desire to proclaim the Gospel. We acknowledge that God has created us with different personalities and gifts. Nevertheless, declaring the message of salvation through Christ is the responsibility of all of us, and we must seek opportunities to preach the Gospel.

For this reason, our church has launched PROJECT H.A.S.I.K. , which stands for “Humayo Ayon Sa Iniatas ni Kristo”. This ministry aims to intentionally and actively reach others, and share to them the good news of our God. Like the story in the parable of the sower, we are trying our best, by God’s grace, to make the Gospel available to everyone. We would like to make sure that our church is a place where our friends, families, schoolmates, and officemates can come, not only to hear of Christ, but experience Him through His body.

Join us every Wednesday and become a part of an ever growing community of Christ. Click on the link below and one of our members will reach out to you. We hope to see in our next ZOOMustahan activity!
